Why learn Digital Leadership

According to Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital Trends report, leaders need to think, act and react differently to guide businesses in the digital age, yet only 5 per cent of organisations feel confident that they have strong digital leadership in place. That's why we’ve teamed up with global technology leader Thoughtworks to equip emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and consultants with digital leadership skills for the future. Learn cutting-edge techniques from some of Australia’s most influential innovators, including creativity, quick decision-making, and agile workflow processes to help transform your career and workplace.

How does it work

This course equips you with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to successfully lead in a fast paced, complex and uncertain environment. Over 6 weeks, you'll study the future of work, the demands and qualities of the modern leader and identify your own mindset and biases. You'll then learn how to lead in a modern organisation, looking at how to inspire teams with purpose to deliver value for customers.

The course runs entirely online so you can fit it in and around your work and life schedule, with a mix of tutorials, interactive webinars and 1:1 mentor support. You'll learn from the real world experiences and challenges faced by our industry partners, and apply your new knowledge to a leadership scenario to create a personalised leadership development plan.

Skills learned

Agile development, team empowerment, soft skills for enterprise, digital management strategies, digital communication techniques, culture growth and more.
