They automate business processes, create reports & dashboards, and train users on using Salesforce. The love to help their team be efficient and on top of things. They are the one that their team depends on to have all their ducks in a row and they help them monitor their successes and customer relationships

Salesforce Administrator is only the beginning. There are variety of pathways to choose from after getting certified as Salesforce Administrator. For example, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Consultant. The ecosystem is growing with lots of opportunities to choose from.

Communication, Problem-solving and attention to detail are critical. Knowing the business and project management skills are also needed.
