How does it work
This course focuses on the holistic skills you’ll need to become a Salesforce CRM administrator. We’ve designed it in collaboration with Salesforce to prepare you for the Administrator exam (if you’d like to pursue that path). You’ll master the fundamentals of Salesforce management, get mentored from experienced CRM professionals, learn how to automate business processes, train other users and create reports and dashboards. Using Salesforce Lightning, you’ll work on a practical, hands-on project which will involve setting up a whole company in Salesforce.
